Does SpeakVietnam cost anything?
No. Every lesson is free while we are in beta — no credit card, no ads.
The microphone does not work in speaking exercises
- Web: click the site icon next to the address bar, set Microphone to Allow, then reload the page.
- iPhone / iPad: open Settings → SpeakVietnam and turn on Microphone.
- Android: open Settings → Apps → SpeakVietnam → Permissions → Microphone and choose Allow.
What happens to my voice recordings?
They are sent to our AI provider to transcribe and score your pronunciation, then discarded — we never store them. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Delete account in the app or on the web. Your data is deleted immediately. More: Delete your account.
I cannot sign in
Use the same Google or Apple account you signed up with. If it still fails, email us from that address and tell us which device you use.
