Delete your SpeakVietnam account

How to delete

1. Sign in on the app or at speakvietnam.com/settings.
2. Open Settings and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device.

Can't sign in? Email hello@speakvietnam.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, email, photo, settings, consent record) — immediately.
• Your learning progress, answers, speaking transcripts and scores — immediately.
• Your sign-in sessions on all devices and the support requests you sent — immediately.
• Pseudonymous analytics data — deleted from our analytics providers within 30 days.
• Server logs that may contain your user id — expire after about 30 days.

Voice recordings are never stored: they are transcribed and discarded. SpeakVietnam is free and processes no payments, so there are no financial records to keep. See our Privacy Policy.
